The services are arranged in three categories by type of repair.

Exterior repairs covers yard construction work, house drainage, fence construction, stone cladding, septic tank installation and wooden house construction.
For every service you request an on-site visit and quote, and for interior repairs, electrical work, plumbing and bathroom renovation you can also request an hourly package for a handyman.
The expert visits the address you specify at the moment you pick around your schedule, inspects the site in relation to the specific repair and, after the visit, prepares a quote for the specific repair work for you. The repair work itself is not included in the site visit. It is described in the quote after the specialist has seen the site, not based on a description or a photo.
The hourly package is the other way to get the tasks ticked off: you choose the number of hours and the handyman works on the task within the chosen period.
