4. Submission of notices concerning illegal content or a dangerous product
If you consider that specific content on the platform constitutes illegal content, or that a product offered through the platform is dangerous or is subject to a recall, you may submit a notice using the button below.
The notice should contain at least:
1. an explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal or the product to be dangerous;
2. the exact electronic location of the content or identification of the product - a link, URL, profile identifier, post, listing, name, brand or other sufficiently specific identifying reference;
3. your name and contact email address, unless the applicable law provides otherwise;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Where contact details are available, OneCare sends an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay and informs the sender of the decision taken, including the available means of redress.
Notices relating to product safety are processed within three working days of their receipt. Orders issued by market surveillance authorities are processed within two working days of their receipt.
